A project is a partial fulfillment of the requirements for the certification as well as examination.


*      CHRP® (Certified Human Resources Professional). The CHRP® designation is designed for all industry professionals who want to excel their human resource management competencies. As well as human resources professionals employed full- or part-time in corporations.

*      CHRM® (Certified Human Resources Manager). The CHRM® designation is designed for HR practitioner's candidate or employed in middle/senior-level Management, Full- or part-time.

*      CHRD® (Certified Human Resources Director). The CHRD® designation is designed for HR practitioner's candidate or employed in Top level- Management, Full- or part-time.

*      CHRC® (Certified Human Resources Consultant). The CHRC® designation is designed for human resource professionals who work as external consultants.


Certification is a voluntary action by a professional group to establish a system to grant recognition to professionals who have met a stated level of training and work experience. Certified individuals are usually issued a certificate attesting that they have met the standards of the credentialing organization and are entitled to make the public aware of their credentialed status, usually through the use of initials (i.e., CHRP, CHRM, CHRD or CHRC) after their names.

- CHRP® (Certified Human Resources Professional):


Candidates must master the following modules before writing your project and completing the Certification Exam. These preparatory modules comprise the core human resources capabilities, as determined internationally by the HRMI standards

 

- CHRM® (Certified Human Resources Manager):


The CHRM
® BOK "body of knowledge" is a recognized standard set by industry professionals and consultants working in the human resources profession. It is designed to answer the question, “What should a Human Resources Manager know and be able to apply to be considered a competent HRM?” The body of knowledge is defined by the following nine modules

 

- CHRD® (Certified Human Resources Director):
 

The CHRD® BOK "body of knowledge" is designed to answer the question, “What should a Human Resources Director know and be able to apply to be considered a competent HRD?” The BOK is include by the following nine modules

 

- CHRC® (Certified Human Resources Consultant):


Prospective Practicing HR Consultants are required to undergo training in the scheme’s training courses which represent essential consulting process-related knowledge a Human Resources consultant should possess  
    



Certification Requirements and Procedures


1.      Once an individual decides to enroll, should complete the Registration Form and submit your resume to Registrar@HRMI.org  along with a copy of the recent academic degrees, prior training courses, certifications, work experience, and achievements in HR Management field. This information has been evaluated by the HRMI registrar office for free of charge in accordance with the colored table below,

2.      Within 2 weeks, you will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of your application, or if more information is required,

3.      After notification of acceptance, you might pay Registration Fees. It covers the fees of: Portfolio and Exam Evaluations. However, you should earn eligibility to write your project 

4.      Write Project papers based on actual management experiences or consulting engagements that demonstrate competence in different HR core competencies, as well as seminar presentation
 

5.      Within 6 months of enrollment date, successfully complete the Comprehensive Written Exam at the end of the program (score of 67% is required to pass) through one of our certified examining bodies.

6.      Thus, you shall be eligible to receive Full Membership with the Professional Designation "Certification Document" after paying the certification fees and bide by the HRMI Code of Ethics.

 It is important to note that the above fees aren't covering the cost of training for each certification, as needed. As well as an attendance of the training at one of our approved centers is insufficient to guarantee certification. However, Training is preparation for an examination, not the examination itself. Training should build you up and prepare you for Challenges of the New Economy. Success depends on previous preparation, and without such preparation there is sure to be failure.

Remember !! Annual Membership Fees $100 (including Recertification fees) after first year of certification. However, the recertification request must be submitted by 15 December of the year due to recertify. The Recertification then will continue on a three-year cycle


 

HRMI® certification programs can be delivered via accelerated workshops in Institute offices, through corporate schools, approved centers or via self-paced online distance-learning. But the examinations should be completed at one of HRMI offices and or certified examining bodies.
