The Professional Management Certifications (PMC) / Management Development Certifications (MDC) validate and enhance leadership and managerial skills across various industries.  Then, the HRMI offers the professional designations, to candidates who demonstrate their understanding of the fundamentals of the management profession through the successful completion of rigorous professional certification examination based upon the Global Technical Competence Standards (GTCS) and INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT BODY OF KNOWLEDGE. (IPMBOK).

OBJECTIVES STRUCTURE
