The Professional Management Certifications (PMC®) / Management Development Certifications (MDC®) offered by the HR Management Institute (HRMI®) are multi-level, competency-based professional certifications designed to build, validate, and advance managerial expertise from operational practice to executive leadership and consultancy. Then, the HRMI offers the professional designations, to candidates who demonstrate their understanding of the various management profession through the successful completion of rigorous professional certification examination based upon the Global Technical Competence Standards (GTCS) and INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT BODY OF KNOWLEDGE.
