This certification framework is aligned with Global Technical Competence Standards, international best practices, and globally recognized models such as ISO 20400 (Sustainable Procurement), ISO 31000 (Risk Management), and supply chain governance principles.
Supply Chain Management is to effectively organize suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and end customers into a supply chain network for integrated management. Planning, organizing, leading and controlling the flows of demand, products/services, information and financials through the entire supply chain process from the supplier’s supplier to the customer’s customer to optimize the value enhancement process of the supply chain, and improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain, so as to meet the needs of the end customers with the minimum supply chain cost.

The above four HRMI certifications provide a complete “certification life cycle” for supply chain professionals, particularly for those involved in global/international procurement & supply chain management.
This program offers the designation of PSCM (Procurement & Supply Chain Management Professional, Entry Level), (Certified Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, Middle & Advanced Levels) as well as (Certified Procurement & Supply Chain Management Consultant) to candidates who demonstrate their understanding of the fundamentals of the profession through the successful completion of rigorous professional certification examinations based upon the INTERNATIONAL PROCURMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT BODY OF KNOWLEDGE (IPSCMBOK). The IPSCMBOK is supported by distinct modules of study material for the four levels.

FOUR LEVELS OF PSCM CERTIFICATION
The PSCM framework provides four progressive certification levels, each corresponding to defined roles, responsibilities, and levels of competence across the procurement and supply chain profession:
Level 1 – Certified Procurement & Supply Chain Management Professional (PSCM®-L1)

PSCM® DESIGNATION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for certification, applicants must meet criteria appropriate for each level:

PSCM®-L1: Associate degree or equivalent experience; foundational supply chain exposure.

PSCM®-L2: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience; demonstrated responsibility in procurement/supply chain operations.

PSCD® (Level 3): Senior leadership experience in procurement & supply chain strategy; minimum 8–12 years of experience and holding PCSM -L2 or equivalent,
-
PSCMA® (Consultancy): Extensive professional consulting experience; verified engagements in supply chain transformation and strategic advisory roles.
Applicants with equivalent credentials may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the PSCM® Certification Board.
Requirements for maintaining the PCSM designation are:
- Maintain continuous membership with HRMI that is in good standing
- Meet the ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirement
- Abide by the HRMI’s Constitution and HRMI’s Code of Ethics.
CERTIFICATION PREPARATION COURSE
The program would be conducted in the English Language by one of HRMI-Registered Educational Centers (REC®).
The REC® has the qualifications necessary to offer this course. The course is delivered by certified HRM® instructors and has been carefully designed to achieve its goal.

Upon successful completion of assessment requirements, professionals are conferred Certification from the HR Management Institute (HRMI) and Professional Certificate in Procurement & Supply Chain Management Level 1 / Level2 / Level3 or Consultancy Level from the Global University of Science & Technology (GUST) one of the following credentials:
