Human Resource Management Institute (HRMI) in partnership with Global Academy of Technology & Economy (GATE) and World Green Economy Council (WGECO) are conceptualized and designed a unique professional training program titled: LEAD.
In today’s economy, it is not enough for students & working professionals to excel in their current environment—they must also envision the future. They must possess the leadership competencies that can develop winning strategies and more importantly, sustain them. Excellence depends on the persons’ ability to adapt and lead change, and ensure that learning, design and implementation become a natural rhythm in their leadership development. Thereof, the overarching LEAD program goal is graduation of a new pedigree of qualified persons with the “soft skills”, business acumen, strategic foresight and prowess to meet the needs of industry in the 21st century.
