HR Management Institute (HRMI) is a leading international professional body dedicated to advancing the human resources, leadership, and management professions worldwide. Professional Credentials & Certifications

HRMI® offers a comprehensive portfolio of Professional Management and HR Certifications, structured across three progressive professional levels plus a consulting level, enabling clear career pathways from practitioner to executive and advisor roles.

Human Resources Professional Certifications

  • CHRP® – Certified Human Resources Professional (Level 1)
    Designed for early-career professionals and practitioners seeking strong foundations in HR operations and people management.
  • CHRM® – Certified Human Resources Manager (Level 2)
    Targeted at middle and senior managers responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing teams, and driving organizational performance.
  • CHRD® / CHRO® – Certified Human Resources Director / Certified Chief Human Resources Officer (Level 3)
    Designed for executive-level leaders shaping workforce strategy, governance, culture, and organizational transformation.
