These professional diploma programs are certified by the HRMI® Certification Council. The programs are offered by the registered educational providers (REC®). The Certified Professional Diploma Programs (CPDP®) aim to prepare you with key knowledge in a short amount of time, making them ideal for Professional Development Unit (PDU) opportunities and to be at the top of your field.

The The CPDP® helping prepare employed and unemployed professionals to enter and excel in the rapidly changing business, highly technical, and global marketplace. While the core curriculum remains constant, four different formats and time schedules are offered.
The Full-Time programs are designed for interests who are disciplined, organized and who welcome fast-paced challenges. These are fast-paced programs in which interests earn their programs with intensive study.
The Part-Time/Evening programs are designed for working professionals who bring a wide range of experiences and skills into the classroom. This program offers students the opportunity to earn their 3M® program in the evenings.
The Corporate programs are tailored to the corporate environment and represents a partnership with a company and the 3M® program. Although the core curriculum mirrors the 3M® program on-campus, elective courses can be designed to reflect the needs of a particular company. Full time faculty members travel to a company to teach the 3M® modules.
The Online Programs are designed for working professionals. The program allows the student to obtain a 3M® without interrupting his or her career and does not require relocating.
