CSM®

Certified Strategic Manager (CSM®)

In today’s competitive world and dynamically evolving markets, business goals are hard to achieve without adopting the right strategic planning and tactical execution. Goal setting based on a clear strategic vision and strategic assessment achieve positive outcomes than those lacking a clear strategy. HRMI- Certified Strategic Manager certification to set goals, plan strategy and tactics plan to achieve corporate goals.

Our Certified Strategic Manager designation ensures that you learn and enhance the knowledge and skills you need to deliver a professional service to your customers, clients and the community.

CSM® DESIGNATION REQUIREMENTS

Requirements for the SCM designation are:

  • Hold an Academic degree,
  • At least 4 years work experience in HRM,
  • Successful completion of the coursework requirement​,
  • ِِِِAgree to abide by the Code of Ethics established by the HRMI, and
  • Successful completion of the CSM Exam​

Requirements for maintaining the CSM designation are:

  • Maintain continuous membership with HRMI​ that is in good standing
  • Meet the ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD)​ requirement
  • Abide by the HRMI’s Constitution​ and HRMI’s Code of Ethics.

CERTIFICATION PREPARATION COURSE

The program would be conducted in the English Language by one of HRMI-Registered Educational Centers (REC®).
The REC® has the qualifications necessary to offer this course. The course is delivered by certified HRM® instructors and has been carefully designed to achieve its goal.

  • Module 1: The Nature of Strategic Management
  • Module 2: The Business Vision and Mission
  • Module 3: The External  Assessment
  • Module 4: The Internal Assessment
  • Module 5: Strategies in Action
  • Module 6: Strategy Analysis and Choice
  • Module 7: Implementing Strategies: Management, Operations and Human Resource Issues
  • Module 8: Implementing Strategies: Marketing, Finance / Accounting, R&D and MIS Issues
  • Module 9: Strategy Review, Evaluation and Control
  • Module 10: Business Ethics, Social Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability
  • Module 11: Global and International Issues

AWARD OF CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be conferred the Certified Human Resources Professional (CSM®) by HRMI®
